Service excellent, room clean, pool good, food very good, transfer service free and convenient.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience, with the staff being the best part. They were friendly, cute and always willing to go above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. The room was amazing and very comfortable, with excellent facilities such as a balcony right in the center of the yard, parking and transportation to Kuang Si falls and the city center's night market. The hotel's breakfast was superb, with a good variety of vegetarian and vegan options, and Lao coffee to die for. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great experience in this city.

The hotel had a great pool and wonderful views of the surrounding area. The free shuttle into town was a bonus, and the room was really spacious with a comfortable bed.

The staff wasn't very helpful and didn't seem interested in helping us plan activities or excursions. , the noise level was pretty high, with a lot of construction going on nearby and loud traffic outside the hotel.

We really appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to the nearby town center, making it easy for us to explore the area. the breakfast provided had a good variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Lastly, we enjoyed the serene views of the lush greenery surrounding the hotel.

The WiFi signal in our room was quite weak and it was difficult to stay connected. the location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions and required us to use transportation to get around.
